Lactic Acid

An AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) derivative derived from milk or artificially in a lab environment. Used in skincare routines to rejuvenate and exfoliate dead skin. It has a larger molecular size compared to glycolic acid, which makes it a surface agent that does not penetrate deep. When used regularly, this gentle exfoliant helps even out skin tone, reduce spots, minimize pores, balance moisture and smooth out fine lines.
