Melez Dream Tea

March 11, 2026

Who? Seda Yılmaz
For how long? 3 months

Every morning, the moment I open my eyes, I reach for the sleep app on my Apple Watch. Seeing that I’ve had a good night’s rest instantly puts me in a better mood. Sleep tracking is something my closest friend and I are both a little obsessed with. On nights when we barely sleep, or when we manage a full uninterrupted stretch, we send each other screenshots of our sleep charts. For both of us, sleep is everything.

A few months ago, that same friend told me about Melez Dream Tea and swore it had completely transformed her sleep. Around that time, I had fallen into the all-too-familiar habit of doomscrolling before bed, so I figured this might be exactly the nudge I needed and ordered it right away. I’ve always loved the creative blends Melez comes up with, so I had a feeling Dream Tea might become a favorite.

The taste is light and refreshing, with a blend of rooibos, apple, cinnamon, chamomile, passionflower, ginger, fennel, vanilla, and calendula. As much as I trust my friend’s recommendations, I wasn’t expecting my sleep to improve dramatically from the very first night. But that’s exactly what happened. I fell asleep almost as soon as my head touched the pillow and had unusually vivid dreams to go with it. Naturally, the next morning I did what any sleep-obsessed friend would do: I sent her a screenshot of my sleep chart.

Since then, I haven’t gotten into bed without preparing a cup first. One teaspoon of tea, boiling water, my favorite mug. That’s all it takes. I love how it gently calms me down and eases me into sleep, and how noticeably it has improved the quality of my rest. My dreams may not be quite as eventful every night anymore, but they still have that vivid, cinematic quality. I can’t imagine my nighttime routine without Melez Dream Tea.
